ICT and Accountability
The NCVO has published the first in a series of ICT Foresight reports, written with Ross and Milica at the Hansard Society.
The report examines the impact of ICT on the sector’s ‘voice’ and representation roles by looking at the activities of consultation and campaigning. It explains technological, political and social trends, highlights current innovative practice in the use of ICTs and discusses both risks and opportunities for the future.

Just to get the ball rollling, issues coming up already include the hot potatoes of data sharing between public sector agencies and how charities spend their money. We particularly like the detectives at The Charity Sleuths blog for their investigations into charity finance.
