If you are a manager within a small voluntary organisation and are starting to get to grips with your IT but would now like to make to better use of telephone products and services, then this is the course for you. The course will help you to:

  • Assess your voice communication needs now and in the future
  • Increase your knowledge about what’s currently available that would be relevant to your organisation
  • Save money with telephony and avoid signing up for services that just add to your costs
  • Select the right suppliers – and maintain a good relationship with themI
  • dentify ongoing sources of support and advice

 
You don’t need any technical knowledge to attend the course.  The course will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm and has been funded by the ICT Hub and will be delivered by the Telephone Helplines Association.
