Ofcom 3G coverage maps

Ofcom has published UK maps of 3G mobile network coverage for the first time.

Capacitybuilders: Improving Support website

Capacitybuilders  Improving Support website received a soft (unofficial) launch earlier this week.
The new portal is a one-stop-shop combining information on Capacitybuilders various workstreams – Campaigning, Collaboration, ICT, etc – with visitors to the site able to search for information and resources by region or topic.

Downturn hits funders

A recent survey by the Association of Charitable Foundations (ACF) finds that charitable trusts and foundations have also been significantly hit by the downturn, with 75% of respondents reporting  a significant decrease in investment value over the past 12 months.
The ACF survey revealed these figures from grantmaking foundations:
